1997 Citroen C1 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

the code has been tampered with and cannot be remodified. as a result of that, the car couldn't start. pls help with information on how codes can be decoded. thank you. urgent please!!!!

it will have to be reprogrammed with a diagnostic computer
