Cigarette lighter keeps blowing a fuse

I cannot use it for charging my phone or anything else. I think the fuses are okay, I checked two of them near the driver seat. not sure if there's any more under the hood. I need help, thank you.

Hi,

If it keeps blowing a fuse, check to see if a coin or something has dropped into it and causing a short. Often times a penny or dime can fit in and it causes the problem.

As far as fuses, you indicate it keeps blowing fuses but fuses are okay. I'm not sure exactly what is happening.

If you take a look below, I attached the wiring schematic for this vehicle. First, identify if it is a coupe or sedan. Then tell me which lighter is affected and which fuse is blowing.
