cigarette lighter does not work. changed the fuse but still not working

Did you check for voltage at the lighter socket, use a test light. Also, check for voltage at the proper fuse. Let us know what you find.

Here is wiring for cigar lighter. Top wire is voltage and bottom wire is ground.
