A person borrowed it and didn’t bring it back for 4 days. After they brought it back it sat in my driveway for 2 hours. I started it and it started fine, drove it a block it chugged stopped at a stop sign pushed on gas went fine 50 feet chugged again for about a block and shut off won’t start. All lights work, turns over, no codes come up. Could they have done something to it?

Sure, they could have put something inside the fuel tank. I would remove the air intake and see if the engine will run on starting fluid to confirm the fuel system contamination. This guide may help as well:
