Could some one tell me what the code po700 means my check engine light came on my 2001 dodge carvan and all I can find out is the pcm has received a signal to turn on the malfuction indicator lamp from the transmission control system please tell me what this means thank you :( [/code]

You need to get it scanned for the specific code. All P0700 is telling you is that you have a trans problem. The scan will tell you what problem. Try Autozone, they may scan it for free.
