heat/air only works on high

I have a 2002 Chrysler Voyager with 75000 miles. It has the 4 cylinder engine. Currently the a/c & heat will only blow if it is on high. Any help with this?

Find the blower motor resistor replace it this is what causing your problem, remember its operating but only in high-the resistor control the speed of the blower motor by dropping or increasing resistances to increase or decrease speed of the motor.
