2000 Chrysler Van belt keeps coming off

i had the water pump changed several weeks ago. every time it rains, the belt comes off. we changed the alternator and tensioners and it is still happening.

See if they put back the splash shield that goes under the belt. It prevents large puddles from pushing the belt off. You could also have a worn tension causing the belt to lean a little. You also cannot reuse those belts once that happens because it changes the shape of the belt.
