1997 Chrysler Van Hesitation

We've replace the spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel pump, and fuel filter; however, the van still hesitates almost like a miss especially when under a load. Do you have any ideas what this would indicate?

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Also, look and listen for vacuum leaks around the engine. Either of these items could cause this problem. If you directions for testing fuel pump pressure, let me know.
