There is a slot in the back that you can back off the adjuster. How ever dos it seem loose or frozen to the hub? If it seems frozen to the hub you can squirt a little penetrating fluid around the studs and hope it gets in a little, but the bigger thing is to whack the drum between he stud with a big hammer to jar it loose. Becareful of hitting the studs. IF the drum seems free from the hub and you have the adjuster backed off, there may be a lip worn into the drum keeping it from coming off. That's when it becomes fun. This video shows the job being done on a similar car but the process is the same.

You may need to pry, hit from behind with a punch to work it off.
