2007 Chrysler Town and Country rotors and pads

I was told that I need to turn the rotors when I change the front brake pads. Pads are low but still OK. Do you need to turn the rotors every time you change the pads?

Yes when you turn the rotor's you true them and take the glaze off them.That way you get even pad wear and the new pad's seat in better.
