2007 Chrysler Town and Country Front Wheel Drive Automatic 38583 miles

NO CRANK/SECURITY LIGHT STAYS ON

cranks when voltage appllied to starter solenoid, but still will not start. O.B.D.II scan message "EMS STATUS MALFUNCTION" & "SERIAL LINK INTERNAL MALFUNCTION"
