2005 Chrysler Town and Country transmission problem?

Within the last month my vehicle acts like it's "shuttering" slightly for 4 or 5 shutters when changing to high gear. It doesn't seem to make any difference whether the vehicle is "under power" or more or less coasting.

Could the shuddering be coming from an engine mis fire? Is the trans slipping when this happens?
