Speedometer hand spun around and is under the stop pin Do I need a whole new cluster to repair?

Hi:

If it stuck under the pin, you have two choices. You can try to remove it and gain access to it and repair it that way. However, it may end up broken as a result of opening it up. If you try this, be very careful. If you can't get to it, you will need to replace it.
