Hello,
The body control module (BCM) is located on the left side kick panel under the dash on the driver side (see diagram).
Replacing the BCM is a straightforward process and can be done using simple hand tools.
Labor for replacement will vary depending on the shop as they all have different labor rates.
As for the price of the BCM, there are refurbished units can be purchased for around $250.00-$300.00, from various online vendors.
I have attached the replacement procedure below.
