2005 Chrysler Town and Country brake rotors

how do I remove the rear rotors. there seems to be an adjusting tension spring and clip holding on the rotor.

It's probably the EM brake shoes holding the disc on. You need to pull some slack on the EM brake cable to back the shoes off. I've attached a diagram to help explain
