Can not find fuse. Looked in manual and under hood

Check fuses 14-19 in integrated power module left front engine comp.

Fuses were good. Switched around with other fuses and everthing works. Thanks for help with fuse location. Thanks again

Door locks all working good but now van starter want engage new battery and fully charged. Checked fuses and relay and they check ok thanks ps never had trouble before messing with fuses

Are you useing a meter or test light to check fuses? 40 amp fuse in #19 for door locks did you swap it to #9 40 amp? If yes then that fuse in no good #9 powers solenoid. Check #9 fuse and voltage on yellow/gray wire from starter relay.
