2004 Chrysler Town and Country Water running

When I am sitting in the drivers seat I can hear water running in the car. When I go around a corner you can hear it run to the other side like it is up under the dash. I do not have any water leaking into the car or leaking under the car. I took it to the dealer and of course they could not figure out why you could hear this. This has not been happening all along so I know something must be wrong. The heat work and so does the air conditioning.

Remove the windshield cowl (red circle) and check. That black cowl is one piece from end to end.
