2004 Chrysler Town and Country Power Window not working

2004 Chrysler Town and Country Two Wheel Drive Automatic 103,00 miles

Only on the drivers side window the switch doesn't feel right, clicking but not working. How can I open it up to see if it's OK?
There is a panel that surrounds the switches, can that just pop off or do I need to remove the entire door panel?

I have same problem on my 93 (both windows thou}
I'm not sure ,but if it is like mine the panel will just pop out with a lil coxing from a screwdriver.
