2004 Chrysler Town and Country idle

The engine idle is low and very rough. It almost seems like it's starving for air, but the IAC activates with the key on. It opens with the key on, then closes on its own after about 10 sec. The only other thing is that the radiator fan motors are not coming on either. They kicked on once and then the car idled fine. I didn't get a chance to drive it to see if it maintained power. Help?
