2004 Chrysler Town and Country 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 52k+ miles

The vehicle makes a "whirling" sound when turning or ideling. The noise is only heard from the inside of the vehicle and happens more frequently on short trips.

Does the sound change if you to change the speed of the blower motor?
If so check blower motor behind and under the right side of dash
can you hear it with key on engine off
