2004 Chrysler Town and Country cant remove pcv valve

am unable to remove pcv valve by hand or with pliers. Looks to just pull out. It does spin so i think rubber is old and will not compress to remove. any suggestions

Try silicone spray and BIG plires. Last resort cut groumet
