Heater problem
2004 Chrysler Town and Country

Whenever I stop at a light the heat in my car blows ice cold. As soon as I start driving again, it becomes warm again. My anti-freeze level is fine. What is my problem?

With the engine warmed up and idling and the heater controls turned on, can you feel of the heater hoses? Are they both hot?
