MY WIFE WENT TO WALMART AND CAME OUT AND VAN WILL NOT START
IT IS CLICKING IN RELAY BOX UNDER HOOD BUT WILL NOT TURN OVER
BATTERY IS FINE AND WILL NOT START WITH A JUMP

Check for power at the starter. If power is there then get starter. Sometimes you can rap on the starter and get it to respond.
