How to Change Cabin Air filter

Please advise as to how to change the interior cabin air filter (if indeed that is where it is). I have looked as per recommendations here on passenger side under dash but there is NO ACCESS door/panel. I can see where the filter is probably located but there is no access panel/door there. It is a SEALED unit. And appears that the entire blower assembly has to be removed to get to filter - seems crazy to me.
Once again there are NO latches - nothing but a large seamless box that has a "protrusion" that looks like the illustrations presented here but it is completely sealed.
Please advise!

Thanks !

This was an option so some have the cabin filter and some don't, here is a guide and diagrams below to show you how to do the job.

should be on the bottom of the lower evaporator housing just outboard of the passenger side of the instrument panel center stack. if not there then may not have been equipped with one.

Hi; Thank you for your prompt reply.

I looked in the engine compartment by the passenger side and found no access door for the filter. Also I have look under the dash by the passenger side and found no access door or anything that resembles the illustration in your answer.

Could it be that this model does not has a air cabin filter?

Yep most do not have the cabin filter because it was a add on at the dealer. The factory never offered one for this car.

Your van is not equipped with a factory-installed cabin air filter

Some vehicles may be equipped with dealer add-on or aftermarket versions

the manufacturer does not provide a removal & installation procedure.
