I am trying to replace the passenger side view mirror on my Town and Country. I was able to get the mirror unbolted from the body, but I cannot figure out how to disconnect the electrical cable (mirror heater and adjustment controls) from under the dash. I am hoping the answer does not involve dismantling the dash. Please provide any advise on how to disconnect. Thanks

You have to remove the top dash cover to gain access to the mirror electrical connector
just lift it enough to disconnect the electric connector
