2003 Chrysler Town and Country automatic door lock

Driver side back door - sliding door will not lock or unlock when I lock with key fob or from within the car with the button on my door. All others do. I have to manually lock the back door, or reach in to unlock it. Can you tell me how to take the panel off the door, and then, what do I look for?

My software doesnt have specific instructions for panel removal. Look around the handle for screws, maybe a few along the bottom. Most panels take a tool to pop the fasteners out of the door, others slide straight up once a few screws are out.
