The ABS light on our Chrysler Town and Country comes on intermittently (usually when it is cold) and when it is on ABS does not work. Could this be a faulty ABS sensor? I have heard than on certain cars, replacing the ABS sensors required replacing the wheel bearing assembly and is very expensive. Is this true for this car?

One step at a time! The light is on to tell you what the system already knows. Get these codes read, even if you must pay. It will save a lot of money. If you start throwing parts at it, it can suck you dry, and you still may not hit the target. Get the codes read and post it to me! ABS is an add on system to a brake system, The brakes will stop the car without it!
