all electrical in the van stopped working today The engine starts and the car drives fine but nothing is registering in the dash or the automatic sliding doors or door locks.

Sounds like the BCM needs to be reflashed with the most current software update. There TSBs listed for these problems.

Call the dealer with your vin number and ask if you have had the latest updgrade.
