2002 Chrysler Town and Country injector replaced, still hes

We recently replaced the #4 injector and the spark plugs on my '02 3.8L Town & Country and it is still hesitating upon takeoffs from stops. Could this be an EGR or PCV valve issue?

do u have check engine light on
and if so u should scan for codes

I would check fuel pressure
check wires and tune up
