2002 Chrysler Town and Country heat/AC control

The heat/ac control on our van is acting wierd. The fan won't adjust down from high speed and when we shut off the power to it it blows higher at our feet. You can adjust the control to different places i.e. dash, windshield floor but the speed is the same. Please advise.

Hi:

It sounds like the blower motor switch has gone bad. Remove it and have it checked.
