2002 Chrysler Town and Country hard shift

2002 Town & Country Chrysler w/ a 3.3 liter engine & 4-speed trans; I'm having a hard shift on deceleration between 3rd & 2nd gear. I have replaced the front transmission mounts and both axles. Any advice?

did the problem just start since the parts were replaced?

Also, there are electronic shift solenoids in the trans that may be going bad or have a wiring problem. You may need to have them checked. If they are determined bad, they are not hard to replace. If you have removed a trans filter, you would be able to replace them.
