Engine Cooling problem
2002 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My fan runs after vehicle is shut off. We already replaced the fan relay which did not solve the problem. I assume it is the coolant sensor that has gone bad. I know it is about a $15 part, but I have no idea how to go about changing it out.
Any help would be appreciated.
