I have a a/c-heater control switch that only operates in the highest (level 4) position. Levels 1 through 3 are conpletely inop in both a/c and heating operations. The fuse to the heater motor seems okay since it does operate on level 4. What would be you suggestive steps to tracking this problem down?

Thanks,

Hi Joe:

The first thing I would have checked would be the fan switch itself. If it's good, then it is most likely the blower motor resistor.
