My 2001 Town and Country runs great for about 15 minutes (after an overnight rest), then it starts to hesitate, jerk, shutter upon acceleration. going low speeds, and going uphill. Once you get momentum, it does fine 40-45+mph except on some hills, still jerks some. The worst is trying to accelerate on an uphill incline from a stop. Sometimes it stalls out when starting off from a stop. Always starts right back up. Check engine light on - code said throttle position sensor. Replaced - did not help.
