2001 Chrysler Town and Country shift control solenoid

My Town and Country won't shift out of second gear. A diagnostic test showed a shift control solenoid problem. My vehicle has a three speed transmission. Where is this solenoid located.

the shift solenoids are mounted to the valve body. You need to remove the trans pan to access them. Here is a picture of one:
