2001 Chrysler Town and Country replacing rear brake pads

i took off rear tire to remove and replace rear brake pads, the two bolts below the caliper did not seem to loosen the rotor or the caliper. how do you get that assembly off and replace pads?

Remove the outboard brake pad by pushing the pad toward the piston, disengaging the two metal protrusions on the pad back, then sliding the brake pads off the caliper
