My car wouldn't start. Turns out it needed new spark plugs. Got those changed out, now the car starts, but won't idol. Any suggestions as to what to look at?

Start by check the idle air control valve and throttle position sensor. They probably got "misadjusted" when you remove them to gain access to the rear plugs.
