2001 Chrysler Town and Country have all power

I have all power to every thing in the car heater,lights wipers ana auto doors. But will not make a noise when i turn iit over to start.

I need you to try a test. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. You should have 12+ volts. If you do, the starter is the problem. If there is no power, check the starter relay for power.

Let me know what you find.
