2001 Chrysler Town and Country engine light

The engine light came on. The car still runs normally. What does this mean?

It could mean many things. What I need you to do is take the van to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for codes. Most will do it for free. THe information they get will tell us where the problem is coming from.

If I had to guess (since it's running good) it will be an EVAP code of some sort. If so, they will try to sell you a gas cap. Before you get one, let me know what the code is because rarely does the cap go bad.
