2001 Chrysler Town and Country Engine beginning to use oil

2001 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY

The 3.8L engine is beginning to use a lot of oil.
It is not smoking or leaking. I was using 10W30 but switched to 10W40 but that hasn't helped. Where is the oil going?

Hi:

When you say it's using a lot of oil, how much do you mean? Chrysler considers a quart in 1000 miles normal. Is it more than that? Is there any oil getting into the coolant?
