My parents gave me my brothers 2001 town and country 3.8 v6 I replaced battery and alternator and had to drive it 10 hours to get it home to my house it drove great the whole way. The next day it started fine and went to the store then home. Few hours later I went to go to work and its started then stalled 4 times in a row now it wont start at all. It just makes a clicking sound in the starter relay. Thinking maybe the starter but hoping it will be something alot easier to fix. Van runs great when running. No check engine light.

It sounds like the battery is bad but o be sure this guide can help you test the battery using no equipment, just follow this guide to confirm the battery failure, I have also giving you instructions on how to change the battery out in the diagrams below.

also clean the cables before you install the battery

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
