2000 Chrysler Town and Country Van problem

I was turning left at a stoplight and the van just died. No noises or hint is was going to. It has power since the radio and lights work but the brake pedal is stuck to the floor and it wont start. Tries to, but wont.

Cranks but will not start
Check for spark
Check for fuel and fuel pump
Check timing belt
