2000 Chrysler Town and Country shuts off when put into reve

I have a 2000 chrysler town and country. My problem is whenever I go to crank the van I have no problem. When I put the van into reverse or drive, it shuts off. It ran fine earlier this morning and in the afternoon, it started doing this. Any suggestions on what I should do or replace?

Check Idle Speed Controler located on throttle body across from where cable attaches. Remove and clean with cleaner. If no help have car scanned for codes.
