2000 Chrysler Town and Country pulling front rotors

2000 Chrysler Town and Country

I can't seem to pull the front rotors off my 2000 town and country. Is there anything holding them down or can they just get really stuck

you have to take the caliper and bracket thats holding the caliper completely off before you can pull the rotors.
