How do you get the brake hoses replaced?

Front lines are leaking, and need to be replaced. How are the lines routed up front?

I have to be honest, in 30 years of working on cars, I've never seen a schematic for brake lines. I don't think they exist. Basically, the steel brake lines run from the master cylinder to the ABS to a proportioning valve and then to the wheels. I don't know if that helps.
