2000 Chrysler Town and Country Air Compressor or Clutch?

My AC stop working. I am wonder if the compressor is frozen or is the clutch shot. How would I test to see which one is the problem? I don't want to replace the compressor if its just the clutch. Thanks for you feedback.

If the clutch doesn't even engage, how can it be the compressor? The system will not run if it is low on refrigerant.
