On our minivan the a/c & heater control panel stopped working along with the rear window wiper which is on the same panel. I have already checked all the fuses and none of them are blown. What is the problem?

Hi rwfuller,

Thank you for the donation.

The HVAC contol panel is powered by the Body Control Module which get its power from the # 6 Fuse ( 20 A) located in junction box behind left side of dash.

If fuse is ok, check for power to HVAC control mudule terminal 10 ( Brown/Pink wire) and ground connection at center of dash ( black/Light Green wire)

If both are ok, the problem should be the HVAC control module fault.
