1999 Chrysler Town and Country Limited, Front wiper works on high and low and sometimes in pulse mode. Is the pulse module in the handle assy. itself or is it located somewhere else, if so where.

you will need to replace the multi-function ( wiper) switch if you have issues with the intermittent setting.
