1999 Chrysler Town and Country Power Steering

The other day, the power steering stopped working. The power steering resovoir shows max and there appears to be no fluid leaking from the power steering pump. The really weird thing is the power steering will suddenly come back for a short period of time then go away again. It will come back and go away randomly, there's no similarities in speed or turning that brings it back. Any thoughts???

It sounds like the PS belt is loose. Did you check it? Check it and let me know.
