1999 Chrysler Town and Country Oil pressure indicator

I have an intermitant problem with theoil pressure indicator light coming on. Occassionally at idle the oil pressure light comes on. This does not happen every time. Also when the pressure was checked by a gauge it indicated from 50 lbs to 18 lbs pressure. What do you suggest?

Hi:
18 - 50 PSI of oil pressure is good. I suggest replacing the oil sending unit. Most likely it is going bad.
